Just wanted to let you know how much everyone LOVED LOVED LOVED all your gastronomic delights!  Everyone was really impressed by that Goat Cheese Torta Christmas Tree----it was sooooo good! 

The soup was FABULOUS, the tenderloin was DELECTABLE, and the side dishes were MOUTH-WATERING!  And the grande finale pears were the perfect dessert to go with the cookies and a little chocolate torte that someone else brought.

We held our sons wedding reception and hired Sara to do the catering. She not only met our expectations but exceeded them! The food was so beautiful and tasted so fresh and appetizing. Our guests went back for several plate fulls and were so appreciatvie and raved about the flavor! We chose an Italian theme and felt the elegance and flavor was amazing but also our guests did not leave hungry! Thank you Sara, we will be calling you again for our "next" occasion!
