What is a Personal Chef?
A Personal Chef is a trained culinary professional who customizes menus to your needs and preferences. Chef Sara shops for the freshest ingredients, prepares meals in your home, and packages them for your use. Typically, a service is for a two-week period, but this can be customized for your specific schedule.
How does a Personal Chef Service work?
On our initial consultation, Chef Sara will conduct an in-home interview to discuss your service needs. You will fill out a detailed food questionnaire, identify any special diet requirements and select the portion size and the quantity of meals you would like prepared at each service. Based on these factors, a menu will be prepared and sent to you for approval.
On the day of your service, Chef Sara shops for the fresh ingredients and comes to your home to prepare the menu in your kitchen. Meals are packaged and labeled with detailed preparation instructions.
At the end of the service day, you will come home to a clean kitchen, a refrigerator and/or freezer full of nutritious, delicious food, a healthy dinner, and time to unwind and enjoy your evening.
