Chef Sara started her Personal Chef business officially in August 2005. Before beginning her business, she was typically found in the church’s kitchen, whipping up meals for 60-100 with relative ease. When friends would need meals brought to them because of a health need, rather than bring just one meal, it made much more sense to Sara that she fill up the refrigerator and freezer to feed the family for a few weeks! This was after finding out about the family’s food restrictions and favorites. Only later, did Sara realize that it was the start of her Personal Chef Business.
Sara traveled to Cook Street School of Fine Cooking inChef Sara thrives in developing fresh and flavorful menus for each client and each new event. She does not work from a set group of recipes, knowing that tastes vary greatly. Sara prefers to find out what her clients are hoping to achieve, and then she will work to fulfill those desires. Therefore, every party menu is different, every meal plan is different.
